EVENT FUNCTIONS
Spectators and support crews are welcome to join us at any of the event functions conducted during the event:
> Welcome Dinner – 6:45pm Thursday 13th November at The Denmark Hotel
An informal function to bring athletes and support crews together to share your enthusiasm (and nerves!) before the race ahead. Pre book your table here on a user pays basis and when you reach the final stage of booking add in ‘Bibbulmun Track’ to the notes and they will prioritise your booking!
> Day 1 Presentations 6:00pm Friday 14th November at The Denmark Hotel
A simple presentation ceremony will be conducted after day 1 to read the results, share a few stories and communicate any race updates. The presentations will take place at the legendary Denmark Hotel so drop past for a beer / meal or to simply celebrate with other runners. Reservations recommended. Please book here for a user pays basis and when you reach the final stage of booking add in ‘Bibbulmun Track’ to the notes and they will prioritise your booking!
Presentations will also be viewable online at the Run Bibbulmun Track Stage Race participants Facebook Group.
> Day 2 Presentations 6:00pm Saturday 15th November @ Boston Brewing Company. $65 pp
All runners, support crews and families are encouraged to join us for a celebratory dinner at the Boston Brewing Company brewhouse. Their extensive restaurant and outdoor beer garden is the perfect place to share stories from the event so far and get ready for the final day. Runners (and their non-running friends and family) are encouraged to buy dinner tickets when entering for $65pp. 220 capacity – this will sell out.

A party like celebration with free beer (thanks to Boston Brewing Co) and a range of foods available right at the finish line. Food vendors selling coffee, pastries and other yummy stuff. We’ll celebrate everyone’s accomplishments as you cross the finish line and then conduct the final event presentations and award our winners.
PLUS – presentation of the Jewel in the Crown (for those who have already attained their Triple Crown.)
