Training and Preparation

Training Plans

If you want some ideas how to train for Run Bibbulmun, we recommend the range of extensive resources prepared by our good friend Hanny Allston at Find Your Feet.

She has a broad range of training plans FREE TO DOWNLOAD from her website that range from beginners getting into the sport, through to how to train for a 100 miler. She has a specific program for our Run Larapinta Stage Race that provides great insight into how to prepare for a multi day stage run, so this is a good starting point for sessions you should include.

Visit Hanny’s TRAINING PLANNERS page to see and download the programs relevant to you.

Facebook Group

Runners and support crews are able to engage with one another before, during and after the event via the dedicated Great Southern Stage Race Facebook Group for the event!
